Legend had it that finding six or more of these bags could trigger a spectacular chain of events, with each new discovery resetting the odds and multiplying the fortune.

The local horseshoe was considered a lucky charm among the townsfolk. Many would carry one for protection or nail it above their doorways. The yellow-tinged cowboy hat that hung in the saloon belonged to the town's founder, who had struck it rich by filling every claim in his territory with profitable mines.
