The alliance had not been formed by choice but necessity. A brotherhood of zealous hunters had discovered their sanctuary, threatening the very existence of both species. Only together could they hope to survive.

Deep in the cathedral's underbelly, a mystical ritual had been prepared. Two ancient roses - one crimson as fresh blood, one pink as the first light of dawn - held magical properties. When combined with the scattered skulls of fallen enemies, they created a protective multiplier effect, strengthening the creatures' powers exponentially.

The battle began at midnight. The dual forces of vampires and werewolves launched their attack simultaneously from both sides of the cathedral. Serpentine allies slithered through the shadows, their purple scales reflecting the candlelight.
